  15. use of The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer, Version 1.00.  
  16. This information applies to individual users who wish to pass 
  17. copies out to friends and associates.

  33. Enterprises.  All rights reserved.

  36. United States Copyright law and also by International Treaty
  37. provisions.  Any use of this software in violation of Copyright
  38. law or the terms of this limited license will be prosecuted to
  39. the best of our ability.  The conditions under which you may copy
  40. this software and documentation are clearly outlined below.

  42. Carner Enterprises hereby grants you a limited license to use this
  43. software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty
  44. (30) days.  If you intend to continue using this software (and/or
  45. it's documentation) after the thirty (30) day evaluation period,
  46. you MUST make a registration payment to Carner Enterprises.

  49. without registering the software is a violation of the terms of

  65. Carner Enterprises authorizes distribution by individuals 
  66. only in accordance with the following restrictions.

  73. Individuals are hereby granted permission by Carner 
  74. Enterprises to copy The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer 
  75. diskette for their own use (for evaluation purposes)
  76. or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when the 
  77. following conditions are met.

  79. The 'The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer' package 
  80. is defined as containing all the material listed in the 
  81. PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed in the PACKING.LST 
  82. text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself, are missing, 
  83. then the package is not complete and
  84. distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  85. complete package suitable for distribution.

  89. files - CANNOT be modified in any way and must be 
  90. distributed as a complete package, without

  93. Trainer package.

  96. The Music Box - A Personal Ear Trainer package.  
  97. A distribution cost may be charged for the cost 
  98. of the diskette, shipping and handling.

  101. be sold as part of some other inclusive package.  
  102. Nor can it be included in any commercial software 
  103. packaging offer, without a written agreement from 
  104. Carner Enterprises.
